After placing your order, you will receive:

During peak seasons, holidays, high-demand periods, or supplier processing delays, order processing may take up to 5 business days.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.


2. Shipping Fee

We offer a simple flat-rate shipping structure:

Flat Shipping Fee: $6.90 per order

There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped, except in cases where the issue is confirmed to be caused by our fulfillment error.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs process, and order volume.

United States:
5–10 business days

International Orders:
10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by:

4. Tracking Information

All eligible orders include tracking information.

Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

  • Tracking may update slowly during weekends, holidays, or carrier delays

  • Some international tracking updates may be limited depending on the destination country and local carrier

If your tracking number does not update immediately, please allow additional time for the carrier system to refresh.

We work with trusted logistics and delivery partners to ship NoorNest orders.

Depending on the destination, package size, and fulfillment location, orders may be shipped through carriers such as:

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • Local or regional delivery partners

Carrier selection is based on shipping availability, package details, and delivery destination.


6. Order Changes & Address Updates

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once an order begins processing, is packed, or has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to:

  • Failure to collect the package

  • Unavailable recipient

  • Local delivery restrictions

We may offer one of the following options depending on the situation:

Original shipping fees are not refundable for address errors or failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect customer-provided information.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package is delayed or appears to be missing, please first check your tracking information and contact the shipping carrier directly.

If tracking shows that the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • Check around your delivery location

  • Ask household members, neighbors, front desk, mailroom, or building management

  • Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim or delivery investigation

NoorNest will assist where possible, but final confirmation and resolution may depend on the shipping carrier’s investigation.

Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, delivery responsibility generally transfers to the recipient.

NoorNest is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, but we will do our best to support customers with available tracking and carrier information.


8. Split Shipments

For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately.

This may happen when:

  • Items are fulfilled from different locations

  • Items require separate packaging

  • Certain products are ready to ship earlier than others

If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.

No additional shipping fee will be charged for split shipments unless otherwise stated at checkout.


9. International Shipping

For international orders, please note:

We carefully process orders and provide tracking information when available.

However, shipping and delivery are handled by third-party carriers.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery progress may depend on carrier operations, local delivery conditions, customs processing, and other external factors.

Once tracking shows that a package has been delivered, responsibility for the package generally transfers to the recipient.
